The Cadet Hub is our online learning platform containing all the resources our children need to progress along their learning pathway. Through the hub children work towards receiving badges as recognition of their achievements.

Our hub guides children along the journey towards receiving their badges. Most start by working toward the Software Developer badge (1, 2 or 3), gaining exposure to both block-based and text-based languages. After that, they can specialise in areas such as Scratch Developer, Python, JavaScript, or HTML/Web Developer. Additional badges include Data Scientist, Machine Learning (AI), Game Developer, and the (popular with parents!) Maths Coder badge. Our robotics clubs offer Robotics and Robotic Engineer badges. Throughout the year, children can also participate in competitions, challenges and hackathons, with plenty of prizes to keep the excitement level high!

BUILD THE FUTURE
Some children may be awarded the much prized metal ‘Code Mentor’ lapel badge for effort, commitment and motivation. Some may receive it for displaying good leadership, communication skills or for kindness and good manners. Along their learning journey, all children will receive certificates, stickers and online awards to recognise their progress as they navigate our tailored learning pathways.
